When you purchase a limited-edition art print from our studio, you are purchasing the physical artwork only.

• No Transfer of Rights: All copyright, reproduction rights, and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the Artist.

• Prohibited Uses: The purchase of a print does not grant you the right to copy, scan, digitally reproduce, modify, distribute, resell digital files of, or create derivative works from the artwork for either personal or commercial purposes.

• Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of the artwork constitutes a direct violation of international copyright laws and will be prosecuted.

Limited Editions and Inventory Availability

Because our prints are strictly limited editions, specific terms apply to their availability:

• Finite Supply: Once an edition run (e.g., 50 prints) is sold out, no further prints of that exact size and specification will ever be produced.

• Cart Reservation: Placing a print in your Squarespace shopping cart does not reserve the item. An item is only secured once the checkout process is fully completed and payment is processed. We are not liable if an item sells out while it is sitting in your cart.

• Order Rejection: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our prints to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing, Accuracy, and Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display the colours, textures, and details of our prints as accurately as possible on our online store.

• Visual Variances: Because individual computer monitors and mobile screens display colours differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will perfectly match the physical print.

• Price Modifications: Prices for our prints are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a print edition or service without notice.

• Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

Billing, Payment, and Squarespace Secure Checkout

• Payment Authorization: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You authorize us (via our third-party payment processors) to charge the full amount of your purchase to your selected payment method.

• Squarespace Platform: Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage and databases subject to our Privacy Policy.

Customs, International Laws, and Damaged Goods

Your agreement to these Terms includes your explicit acknowledgement and acceptance of our Shipping & Returns Policy:

• You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all local customs fees, import taxes, and VAT levied by your country.

• You agree to the strict 48-hour photographic reporting window outlined in our Shipping Policy if an item arrives damaged via international transit.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall ak-ia.com, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of the site or any products procured using the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
